Eighteen Years Of Hands-On Practice
Comfort and Chair grew out of close to eighteen years of licensed massage therapy practice — thousands of hours spent learning how stress actually settles into a body, and how to get it out.
That work is paired with a certification in stretch and flexibility coaching, which shapes how every session addresses mobility, not just tension.
Today that experience is applied across both worlds: private mobile sessions in homes throughout Central Florida, and corporate chair massage programs delivered inside the workday for teams who deserve to feel looked after.
